The figures above are plots derived from one of our funded research projects (Ramanathan & Zhang, 2004-05). They relate to some of the temporal changes in gene expression in kidney development. The figure on the left is a heat plot with dendrogram for hierarchical clustering. The figure on the right shows the VizStruct visualization. The temporal clusters clearly segregate in the ViZStruct visualization.
